Nobody knows... how cold my toes... are growing

For everyone in Vancouver excited about snow: I scowl in your general direction. It's 25 below here, feels like 35 with windchill factor. It hasn't stopped snowing in 3 days, and I almost completely refuse to leave the house for anything less important than "crucial".

In more exciting news, tomorrow is the start of official training for the World Cup Calgary. For those who don't get it, the Bobsled world cup is more of a circuit, with races all over the world. And official training is when all the racers get a chance to try out the track here.

I get to fore-run. That means I go down in a sled before the competitors. It's mainly to test the clocks etc...

The cool thing is, i'm involved in the world cup! :) The crappy thing is it'll be 27below tomorrow (before windchill). I should just stay home and drink hot chocolate...

I love that poem.... Victoria is closed today... or at least the uni is. So I'm stuck at home. I came west to get away from this! --Amy
